Country Road Properties is far from a corporate venture—our story actually began while we were dating, on a road trip winding through the beautiful country roads of the Northeast. Inspired by the scenery and fueled by a shared love for family, home renovation, and hospitality, we decided to turn our passion for homes into a heartfelt way to welcome others.

When you stay in one of our properties, you aren’t just booking a rental; you are stepping into a space that has been thoughtfully curated, renovated, and prepared just for you. Our goal is simple: we want you to feel the care and meticulous preparation that goes into every single detail of our homes and your experience from the moment you check in.

Meet the Family

Fast-forward from that road trip to marriage, and today, we get to run this business together as husband, wife, and best friends. Behind Country Road Properties is our team of two—plus our busy son and daughter, who keep us laughing and remind us daily what makes a house truly feel like a home.

• Heather: Before children, Heather was a dedicated NICU nurse, bringing an innate sense of care, comfort, and attention to detail to everything she touches. She channels her creativity into her love for interior design, ensuring every room feels warm, intentional, and beautiful.

• Andrew: Andrew brings a unique blend of dedication and expertise to our properties. Before transitioning into Real Estate and his passion for home renovation, he served his hometown of St. Louis, MO as a police officer for nearly ten years. That decade of public service shaped his commitment to safety, integrity, and reliability—traits he now pours into ensuring our homes are secure, modern, and perfectly maintained for your stay.

• Our Son & Daughter: Our official "Quality Control & Comfort Testing" crew! Whether they are helping us test out the comfort of a new living room rug, making sure the backyard is perfect for games, or helping pack the welcome baskets for our guests, they keep us grounded and remind us exactly why we do this: to build spaces where families can connect and make lasting memories.
